Local Partnerships Promote Local Jobs
New Castle School of Trades is honored to partner with local employers in Ohio and Pennsylvania through our 10th annual career fair. Employers from all over this region seek newly trained graduates in the skilled trades. NCST’s 11 trade programs help fill these open positions and have the chance to meet and network with some of the region’s top employers and companies at our career fair every year. Over 100 skilled trades, production and labor employers will be represented.
When? Thursday, March 19, 2026 from 10am to 3pm
Where? NCST Main Campus 4117 Pulaski Road, New Castle, PA 16101
The event is free and open to the public, and there will be food trucks on site serving from 10 am to 2 pm. No RSVP needed!
Items you may be asked for:
- Two forms of ID: Should be current and valid. Valid types include:
- Driver’s License
- Birth Certificate
- US Passport
- Social Security Card
- State-Issued Identification Card
- Updated resume: Bring multiple copies to hand out to employers! If you do not have a resume, you may be able to complete the employer’s application.

How to Become a Sponsor
NCST hosts an annual career fair on campus that is open to the public, current students, and previous NCST graduates. Join over 100 employers from Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia looking to fill open positions. Companies looking to attend can purchase sponsorship levels that come with different perks and exposure to candidates. Currently, the sponsorship levels are Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze.
